The Avon Foundation, founded in 1955, is the world’s largest corporate organization that protects and cares for women’s interests. Over the past six decades, the Avon Charitable Foundation has attracted and directed more than $ 1 billion US dollars to social programs around the world. Over the 19 years of the Mission Against Breast Cancer Program, more than 19 million UAH has been raised to fight breast cancer in Ukraine. During this time, the company managed to purchase 19 units of modern equipment for 11 regional state oncology clinics, and the latest digital mammography equipment was purchased and transferred to Sumy Oncology Center in January 2019. Thanks to Avon, mobile mammography complexes appeared in Ukraine for the first time and were transferred to Cherkasy and Simferopol oncology re centres.
